Hereinafter referred to as "SANDY PARIS".
Article 2 – Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of products made on the SANDY PARIS website to consumers acting for non-professional purposes.
Any order placed on the site implies the customer's acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Customers are invited to read the GTC before confirming their order.
Article 3 – Products
The essential characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented on their respective product sheets.
SANDY PARIS takes the greatest possible care in the presentation and photographs of its products. However, slight color differences may appear depending on the screen or settings used by the customer.
Product offers are valid while stocks last.
In case of unavailability of a product after an order has been confirmed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and the sums corresponding to the unavailable product will be refunded in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
Article 4 – Price
Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), unless otherwise specified.
Applicable delivery costs are indicated to the customer before final order confirmation.
SANDY PARIS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products are billed based on the prices displayed at the time of order confirmation, subject to any obvious error.
Article 5 – Order
The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their basket.
Before final confirmation of their order, the customer can check the details of the order, its total price, and correct any errors.
Final order confirmation implies an obligation to pay.
An order confirmation is sent to the customer electronically.
SANDY PARIS reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases provided for by applicable regulations, particularly in cases of fraud or previous payment disputes.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is made at the time of order using the payment methods offered on the site.
The customer guarantees that they have the necessary authorizations to use the selected payment method.
The order is not considered definitively validated until payment is confirmed.
Payment transactions are processed by the payment providers offered on the site.
Article 7 – Delivery
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 48 working hours.
This preparation time is separate from the carrier's delivery time.
Available delivery methods, their rates, and corresponding estimated delivery times are presented to the customer during the order process.
For deliveries in mainland France:
Mondial Relay pick-up point delivery is free for purchases over €49.
Home delivery is free for purchases over €69.
For orders below these thresholds, applicable delivery costs are indicated before order confirmation.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to enable delivery of their order.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code applicable to distance contracts, consumers have a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons for their decision.
When several goods part of the same order are delivered separately, the period runs from the receipt of the last good.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must inform SANDY PARIS of their decision before the expiration of the 14-day period, using the withdrawal form at the end of these GTC or any other unambiguous statement expressing their wish to withdraw.

Article 9 – Product Returns
After communicating their decision to withdraw, the customer has a maximum of 14 days to return the products concerned.

Direct return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Customers are advised to keep proof of shipment for their return.
Products must be returned with their original accessories and elements.
The consumer may handle the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning. Their liability may be incurred in the event of depreciation of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this verification.
Article 10 – Refund in case of withdrawal
In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the refund will be made only after SANDY PARIS receives the returned product and verifies its condition, subject to applicable legal provisions.
Returned products will be inspected to verify their condition and, if applicable, the existence of any depreciation resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product.
The refund includes the price of the products concerned as well as, where required by law, the initial delivery costs corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery method offered by SANDY PARIS. Any additional costs resulting from the choice of a more expensive delivery method are not reimbursed.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
The refund is made via the same payment method used for the order.
Article 11 – Defective Products and Legal Guarantees
Products sold by SANDY PARIS benefit from applicable legal guarantees, particularly the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by French law.
The seller is responsible for defects of conformity appearing under the conditions and within the deadlines provided by the Consumer Code.
These legal guarantees are independent of the right of withdrawal.
In the event of a product having a defect or not corresponding to the order, the customer can contact:

Article 12 – Liability
SANDY PARIS is responsible for the proper execution of its obligations under the conditions provided by applicable law.
However, SANDY PARIS cannot be held responsible for a breach resulting from an event having the characteristics of force majeure as defined by French law and jurisprudence.
These provisions cannot have the effect of removing or limiting the mandatory rights enjoyed by the consumer.

Personal data collected during the use of the site and the placement of orders are processed in accordance with applicable regulations on personal data protection.

The elements present on the site, including texts, photographs, visuals, logos, and graphic elements, are protected by applicable intellectual property rules.

Article 16 – Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
The consumer retains the benefit of the mandatory protective provisions applicable to them and may refer the matter to the competent courts in accordance with applicable legal rules.
