We prepare your order with the utmost care.

Relay point delivery is free for purchases over €49 in metropolitan France.

Home delivery is free for purchases over €69 in metropolitan France.

For orders below these amounts, delivery fees are indicated during the order confirmation process.

Returns

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return an item.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After informing us of your decision to withdraw, you have 14 days to return the items concerned.

Upon receipt and verification of your return, a refund will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.

Returned items that do not comply with the above conditions may be subject to a reduced refund in the event of depreciation resulting from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature and characteristics of the product.
